Since we are located very close to Lüneburg (just 7 kilometers from town hall) but also in the calm area of the nature reserve Lüneburger Heide, we have numerous versatile possibilities to make your conference or seminar a huge success. We offer modern conference technology for groups of up to 60 people. You can use this technology for your event.

PRACTICAL PACKAGES

We offer you numerous options for your successful business event or meeting: from breakfast meetings for 2 people to conference rooms of all sizes including our large seminar room for more than 80 guests. We will gladly provide your desired room setup (circle, block or parliament style) and you can choose what technical equipment you would like to have in the room. Enjoy our excellent regional cooking, which has been awarded the prestigious local award “Regionale Esskultur Lüneburger Heide”. Our friendly staff is always glad to assist in case there is anything you need to be happy.

TECHNOLOGY FOR PRESENTATIONS
  • There is a telephone in each conference room and all 24 hotel rooms and we charge € 0.20 per unit.
  • WiFi is free of charge throughout the building.
  • We do not charge extra for the room!
  • Any beverages that your participants consume outside the conference room and during meals will be added to the bill separately.
  • Of course, you can also have an event in the evening during your conference, such as a barbecue, fondue evening or a nighttime walk with torches.

VARIETY AND MOTIVATION

When it comes to conferences and seminars, we like to work with the company AGIL and Ms Nicola Mahnke from “Naturerlebnis mit Genuss”. Of course, we can also organize these tours and activities for private travel groups. Please refer to Ms Mahnke: 0049 4131 840 749, Agil (company): 0049 4131 681 706. Due to legal regulations, we would like to ask you to book any activities outside our house yourself. However, we would be glad to assist in whatever way we can.

Cancellation of Events

The Wassermühle Heiligenthal will reserve your dates for an event for 14 days without obligation on request. If you do not confirm your dates within this period of time, we will take the liberty to accept bookings for these rooms from other parties without further notice. Of course, we accept cancellations for important personal reasons, such as accidents, losses of loved ones, unemployment etc. and do not charge a cancellation fee in such cases.

Please let us know 14 days before your event how many people (+/-10) will attend your event and please let us know the exact number of guests 24 hours before your event begins. In case any guests do not attend the event, we will charge 60 % of the agreed menu price per person for each of them.

We also offer festive settings with versatile buffets and festive menus for your jubilees or corporate events. We will gladly organize champagne receptions and other elements for your event (at our house or at other locations). Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further information.
