Important Information
Arrival
Your room should be ready at 2 pm. Should this not be the case, we will naturally offer you a room to get changed and freshen up.
Please note:
On Christmas Eve, there will only be staff present before 2 pm. On the first and the second day of Christmas, we are open until 6 pm.
Departure
Check-out time is before 10 am on your day of departure. If you would like to keep your room longer than this, please ask our restaurant staff if this is possible. You can leave your luggage with our housekeeping staff or at the restaurant after check-out.
Toiletries
Please don’t hesitate to ask our housekeeping or restaurant staff in case you need any toiletries. We will also gladly provide sewing and shoe-shining equipment. Many little things, such as additional cables, hubs, toys and crayons for the little ones, are available at our hotel and we will gladly lend them to you. We also have toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot to bring yours.
Fax, E-Mail, Printing
We will gladly provide these services for a small fee.
Opening Hours
Breakfast is served daily between 6:30 and 11:00 am. In case you would like to make an exception and have breakfast early, please order your early breakfast at our restaurant until 9 pm the night before.
Room Service
Our room service is always available outside the restaurant opening hours. We might not have the human resources available during major restaurant times. We hope you understand and would like to apologize for any inconveniences. Room service costs an extra fee of € 3.50.
Laundry
We can deliver your laundry to a laundry service for you on request. Please ask our restaurant or housekeeping staff about this service.
Safe
You can leave any valuables at the restaurant free of charge. We will place them in our private safe. Please note that the insurance covers up to € 5,000.
Minibar
Unfortunately, we do not offer a minibar. You will, however, find a free bottle of mineral water on arrival.
Extras
- Pets in the room per night: €6.50 to €9.50
- We charge €27.50 per extra bed and per night, €25 per night if you book it for 3 or more nights, €22 if you book it for 5 or more nights.
- For baby beds we charge €14 per night, €12 if you book it for 3 or more nights and €10 if you book it for 5 or more nights.
- All our rooms offer free WiFi, a TV, two pillows, a hair dryer, bathroom with tub or shower.
- All our rates include VAT and breakfast.
- Free parking is included in the service fee.
- You will not be charged the extra tax that you would be charged directly in Lüneburg, the Lüneburger Bettensteuer.
- If you would like to leave after 11 am, you can do so for an extra fee of €25.
- Between 3 and 6 pm, we charge the following: Single room = €50, double rooms €81, suites €90.
- We charge a full night after 6 pm.
Legal Information
The hotel cannot be made responsible in case you lose your room key, valuables, or luggage in public spaces of our hotel. We are also not responsible for any damage to your vehicle while it is parked on our parking spaces or on the premises of the Wassermühle Heiligenthal in general.
